Quilt Samples 1-3 were produced for a commission proposal. The project was unrealised and Katie Schwab subsequently reworked the designs over a couple of years, until they became works ‘Quilt 1’ and ‘Quilt 2’, made for an exhibition at Cairn, Pittenweem in 2018.
